Description: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: This auction for an empty box (and paperwork) from the BOYM "Buildings of Disaster" series and the Chernobyl souvenir building specifically along with an invoice from the famous Moss store in NYC that was the exclusive retailer of these items back in the 90's and early aughts. I found this box and the invoice when cleaning out my storage locker and knowing that these BOYM items can command more than $500 each - I figured perhaps someone out there has the Chernobyl building and wants an original box and invoice from Moss to establish provenance. To put it another way, I hate to throw this out on the chance that someone out there can use it - I'm basically selling it for the cost of going to the post office to mail it to you. The invoice from Moss has developed some toning/foxing due to age - see pics - but it is an original and authentic invoice from this legendary store. I will send this box inside another box to protect it at cost. The box is almost 8" wide so this will have to ship in a box at least that size (either 8" x 8" x 8" or 8" x 10") via Priority Mail at cost. Again, this is just the box and invoice - nothing else. Unfortunately I do not accept returns unless the item does not comply with the photos. I'm trying to get rid of stuff, not keep it.
