This wonderful textile has been in my person collection for many years. I love the simplicity of this textile. This textile is French and was hand stitched and there is a thin cotton batting between the layers. The front side is a very faded pale blue floral, so very faded its just a trace of the original color and design! The backing is a printed cotton with wave patterned ground and a printed Rococo design. Ive seen similar fabrics printed at Jouy ~ a wonderful textile! Perfect for study or for pillow or clothing making! MEASUREMENTS : This textile measures approximately 32 inches by 93 inches CONDITION I laundered this quilt approximately 3 years ago and tucked it away in my cupboard. There are many small holes and tears ( please use the zoom feature on the photographs to view condition closely) This textile is not right for anyone that requires a perfect condition quilt as there are many small holes and tears on this textile on each side and it was cut down one side. So, its only right for someone that doesnt mind these imperfections! Condition reflected in the price of this stunning textile ~*~ EQF907 20221230
