Description: Up for sale is this vintage blue glass decanter with optic design. It is about 13 inches tall with stopper. I see no chips or cracks. I am not sure of the maker. There are two things on this decanter that I want to point out-1-there is a bubble in the glass on one side. I have checked inside and out-it is not a crack or chip. It feels smooth inside and out. (I used a slender soft brush to check the inside) I think it is just a bubble when being made. 2-there is a plastic wrapping around the inside of the top rim. It comes out-but not sure why the previous owner has it in there. I will let the new owner decide if they want it in there (see pic). I do not know if there should be a cork at the end of the stopper or not. There is not one on this stopper. If shipping is less, I will refund the difference.
