Description: Bitossi Rosenthal Netter Pottery Pot Vase Planter Orange Italy Signed 4-5/8"H This gorgeous Mid Century ceramic cloche pot / clochepot was designed and manufactured by Bitossi for the Rosenthal-Netter company. It features a textured ceramic form with an impressed geometric pattern in glossy orange glaze over a matte brown base. Will make a fabulous addition to your collection. It does have some wear so please read complete details below and review photos closely for condition. Thank you and enjoy! ITEM DETAILS: Approximate weight is 1 LB 13 OZSMeasures approximately 4.625"H x 5.75" x 5.75"Condition: In vintage pre-owned condition with wear including an area on the lower section of the form where something has rubbed against the brown ceramic surface where the scuffing has created a lighter color patch of wear as shown in photos (the area is approximately 1/4" x 3/8" and shown in the last 2 listing photos), some crazing in the orange glaze that I was only able to see by using a jeweler's loupe, dirt, dust, grime, patina, dulling, stains, discoloring, fading, open air holes which are original to the piece, ceramic "blow outs" where air pockets burst during the kiln firing, uneven surface textures, rough patches, dimpling under the glaze which is original, rough areas, sharp edges along the impressed edges, at least one stray black splatter mark that is either glaze or paint, stray orange glazed areas that ran during the firing, unevenly glazed areas in the details/incised areas, glaze voids, possibly some fine chipping along the incised edges, and overall wear from age and handling.
