The item(s) have been previously used and have some scuffs or marks in areas of the chair, there are a couple tears in the upholstery of an armrest and a small tear on the seat cushion as well as a dent on the bottom safety pressure plate of the chair which we have taken a photo of. (See photos) Both sides of the hand controls work great on the chair as well as the foot control but the foot control is missing the chair position decal.
