There is a very finely rendered background with circular motifs with flowers within. All of the motifs are in a lovely dark plum color against a white background. There is backing of the toile with a charming large check in purple and white.See photos for reference Measurement: Length 51 inches and width 33 inches Condition: There are several areas which have patches in the same toile. There are area where some of the toile is missing and with the checked fabric on the back side is showing through. But still wonderful for a rare important early toile!
