This is the 1906 1/2 Heller with mint mark J. This low denomination coin depicts a crown with ribbon on the obverse with the legend "DEUTSCHE OSTAFRIKA 1906" surrounding the crown. The reverse has denomination in the center within a wreath. It is KM-6, is made of bronze, weighs ~2.5 grams and measures ~17 mm in diameter.
