The dress is made out of a shiny light blue taffeta, and the dress is fully lined in polyester. There is a ruffle of tulle around the bottom of the lining to help show off the fullness of the skirt. The dress is sleeveless with thin halter style spaghetti straps that tie behind the neck. The bodice has flexible boning and thin padded cups for support. The dress has a high fitted waist with a set of attached ties that tie into a bow at the front. The neckline of the dress is accented with taffeta rosettes. The dress closes with a zipper down the back. SIZING The tag labels this a size 10. The actual measurements are as follows:Bust: 18 inches across (36 inches around. There are bust darts below this that expand the bust area slightly) Waist: 14.75 inches across (29.5 inches around) Hips: 20 inches across (40 inches around, this is the measurement for the lining) Length: 33 inches from the top of the cups to the hem (this length does not include the halter straps) Note: These are the actual measurements of the garment, so please leave yourself room for comfort of movement. All measurements were taken with the item laying flat. The flat measurements were doubled to give an approximate measurement around. CONDITION This dress is in excellent used condition. I did notice just a slight bit of discoloration on the inside of the lining behind where the rosettes are, but since this is on the inside, it's not visible at all when the dress is worn!
