This 4-piece quick-release strap system replaces the default 2-piece cummerbund set that comes with the BAO Tactical Dynamic Plate Carrier. It is compatible with any plate carrier that has hook and loop fasteners in the appropriate spots on the front and back. The Standard Side Strap System Set is a much more lightweight 4-point attachment system, useful in various scenarios: Whenever less weight is desired for the carrier, Where a snug fit provided by a full cummerbund is not required, or When side plates are either not going to be used or are provided by other means, such as plate pocket pouches.
