Rangda is important in Balinese culture, and performances depicting her struggles with Barong or with Airlangga are popular tourist attractions as well as tradition. She is depicted as a mostly nude old woman, with long and unkempt hair, pendulous breasts, and claws. Her face is traditionally a horrifying fanged and goggle-eyed mask, with a long, protruding tongue. About this Mask - This is an authentic Rangda mask estimated to be made 100-150 years ago. It is made with real horse hair and is OVER 4 feet in length measured from top of the head to the bottom of the hair. If you want to research on the value of similar authentic masks, all you have to do ,is do a simple Google search. They range from $1,800 - $6,000+. As per Activity, during our investigation we were shocked to be able to witness not only a very tall figure on the SLS camera, but some of our team also experienced seeing a very tall and gangly shadow figure that seemed to lurk only in the dark shadow of the room. We were able to communicate with the energy through the spirit box with some of the responses being in English, but others in a language that we were not able to distinguish the origin. One of our investigators was brave enough to conduct a solo investigation with this mask and claimed to have seen a red Orb that came out of the mouth of the mask, made a sharp turn upwards and went through the ceiling and disappeared. On multiple occasions our whole team felt like they were getting sick, dizzy and nauseous all at the same time as it seemed to come and go in waves. Even though we were not able to confirm the following activity we are confident that you will need to take precautions to not allow this demon to do what it wants freely. The previous owner explained that this Demonic loves to prey on children. The energy attached to this mask would like nothing more than to terrorize an innocent child, and if left unattended most likely do more if it has the opportunity. The previous owner also told us that they would occasionally find items thrown and sometimes even broken when they were not home, as well as had very disturbing dreams shortly after investigations with this vessel. The previous owner and our team both share the same plea that if you are the one to purchase this mask, that if you should choose to sell it in the future, that you will provide the next person with the information of it's attachment and warn them of the possibilities of harm.
