Description: This attractive, uncommon cover(with some staining/toning; a bit reduced at the left side, with some creasing, a jagged left side due to how the mail was opened, and a back flap that's 85-90% complete) was sent from the Austrian Post Office in Jaffa, Palestine, Ottoman Empire, to Wiesbaden, Germany, on September 29, 1913! It had to later be forwarded to Berlin. As for the blue, 1-Piaster definitive for Austrian Post Offices in the Levant it's in fine condition! Noted imperfections aside, this remains a neat piece of Austrian postal history connected to its offices in The Levant!
