He has the disposition of a Roman boy whom with persistence and dedication does his work of holding up the flames. His face holds the look of tranquility as his young body stands upright. He is wearing a simple robe around his waist that reaches up over his shoulder. His chest and legs are left bare. Growing from the base of the statue is a bush that reaches up behind him to his thighs. His hair is short but flowing. The candelabra itself is intricately decorated as well as the base of this piece. It can also be purchased in a set of two with a young woman holding a candelabra, in which she is just or even more as astonishing as him. She holds the candle flames above her as she strongly stand still. She wears this one piece dress that covers every little curve on her body. The statues are 100% Bronze with a vintage rustic patina finish, insinuating age precisely and is signed A. Moreau.
