Description: Audion 68, 44-page printed music magazine Welcome to Audion 68, which again ended up bigger than the usual 40 pages! Well, the PFM (Premiata ForneriaMarconi) article turned out bigger than anticipated, and so did the other main articles. At the last minute, just as I was wrapping up the layout, Andy G.sent three more reviews, but I had to disappoint him - as adding those wouldhave made 45 pages, meaning that I'd have to come up with three more to make48! So, as is often the case, some of the next issue is already written! Audion 68 starts a tie-in with our forthcoming Italian music book "A Fistful Of Spaghetti" (see page 3 and the back cover for more on that), with the PFM article as the first of a series of extended pieces onkey bands of the Italian prog scene. Here we also have King Crimson part 2, and Taj Mahal Travellers in my ongoing series of avant-garde ensemble articles,plus two exciting current prog bands: Kornmo and Diagonal, and Andy G.interviewing Lutz Ulbrich, plus another label feature in the "Choice British Label Classics" series and a new section titled "Strange Curios & Eclectic Arcana". You may have noticed that there's not so much Krautrock this time (well, there was a lot in Audion 67 wasn't there?), and actually I'm wondering just who from the Krautrock scene I should feature next.I've covered all the major bands, I think.
