Description: Offered for immediate purchase . . . . . . is a packet containing twenty (20) ~ Natural Taupe / Ivory Atlantic Bubble Shells (Bulla striata umbilicata) ~ measuring from approximately five-eighths of an inch (5/8") to approximately three-quarters of an inch (3/4") long. Collected from vintage shellcraft supplies I've been fortunate enough to purchase throughout the years, these are one of the types of shells that were used in antique Sailor's Valentines. Sometimes these little shells have tiny barnacles attached to the exterior (which easily can be removed by a sharp knife if you prefer shells without those tiny attachments). Beautiful natural Taupe/Ivory Atlantic Bubble shells envied for creating contemporary versions of antique Sailor's Valentines.
