You choose the game -> I create a blank (Offline) account -> I get the trophy -> I give you evidence that the trophy is ready on an offline account (With picture) -> You pay and give me account info -> I sync the trophies (I highly recommend to change your password as a last step) Second method can be only used with games that does not require online trophies. Because in that case I have to log-in, that will require account info and will sync the game when I do so.
