Description: Whoever bound this volume back in the day loved He Rules Who Can. Evidently he took the pages from the Argosy magazines back then and created his own book. Four sections and I believe they are complete but I didn't read them so can't be sure but would be very surprised if they aren't all there. He painstakingly cut the cover from one of the pulps and placed it on the top of his booklet. He did a great job. Good shape, his binding is still holding. Pages are brown, a bit brittle but no reason why they still couldn't be read today. One of a kind item. If you need to know any information on anything specific, please ask, I will do the best I can.
