We have designed and built some very extensive test equipment to test these controls. We can test for very hard to find intermittent problems. We test them at room temp, cooled down to 29F, warmed up to 175 and on a shaker table . We also use a load cell to test the relays, at 20% less and 20% more load than normal load on the relays. There have been three controller versions, over the years, and we can test them all. The old silver aluminum can, the black plastic potted one and the newest WPE-300-901. If yours tests good or bad, we will return to you USPS priorty mail. If you have one of the old silver aluminum case controllers (see pictures), we can rebuild it for you for $350.00 with your old controller. Less then half of new.
