Description: Antique Victorian Edwardian silk piano shawl, black on black silk embroidery, large flowers, 11" fringe, hand knotted, the knotting area is about 1" in addition to the fringe.There is one light spot, about 1" long, some of the fringe is tangled, a few knots, I didn't see any damage but because of the tangling there could be some.One corner has a small tear, see photo. There are numerous loose threads in the embroidery, see photos. When held up to the light, you can see the weaknesses in the fabric, see last photo. Sold as is. Altogether about 80" x 82"
