Description: Description This amazing entryway was salvaged from a Philadelphia Victorian. Each door has a panel of stained glass at the top with 2 wood panels below. The door panels have wreathes, ribbons, fleur de lis and 7 jewels each. The transom has a full circle top and features a fleur de lis, leaves and 17 jewels. All 3 pieces are made of pine and have been stripped to bare wood for stain or paint. The original plain steel hinges and screws are present. The original lockset was filled and replaced with modern. The doors measure 60 inches wide together by 87.25 inches tall and 1.75 thick. The transom is 60.5 inches wide, 30 inches tall and 1.75 thick. All 3 pieces were professionally restored, we left a few hairlines because we couldn't perfectly match the glass. Your bid buys the entire set, all 3 pieces. Overall, they are in good condition. There are misc. scratches and dings as they are antique. They could use a good cleaning. The doors were trimmed and are slightly out of square, when squared they will be 87.25 tall. Please look at the pictures carefully. Ref: 42329 Shipping We have a 16 foot box truck for salvage jobs and delivery trips. We generally make delivery trips along the I-85 and I-95 corridors to central Florida and the Florida panhandle in January. In spring and fall we go from Pennsylvania to Atlanta, over to Houston, up to Kansas City and St. Louis then up into Iowa, Chicago and home through Michigan and Ohio. Trips to NYC and New England are as needed. We can personally deliver if you are somewhat close to these routes much cheaper than freight or uship. Outside these areas it would be best to check uship.com for delivery quotes. Payment Payment should be made within 5 business days unless you make other arrangements in advance. Terms of Sale I accept returns only if my description is inaccurate. For example, if I pull an item from a building that I believe to be original to the house and it is later discovered to be a reproduction, or if I enter an incorrect measurement, I will allow the buyer to return the item. I describe all my items as accurately as possible with descriptions and often pictures of any damage. I try to measure within 1/8 of an inch. About Us My salvage business was born of necessity in 1993 when I started restoring an old Victorian home that had seen better days. I needed doors, staircase parts, fireplace mantles and more, so I contacted the owners of a few local buildings that were scheduled for demolition. I found and purchased all of the things that I needed for my project and lots of extra treasures which I eventually resold. 17 years later this is still my full time job! I salvage whatever I can think can be reused as long as there is room in my warehouse. The warehouse is open for treasure hunting anytime by appointment. Just contact me to schedule a day and time! Thanks for visiting. Steve and Michelle
