Description: This is a rare left-facing antique cameo pendant brooch. I found a similar one, and the mark at the bottomwas 800. I believe this is 800 silver, but the mark is worn. Condition and Details:This cameo is in good condition for its age. I didn't do anything to clean it. No chips in the cameo. The clasp mechanism is a bit loose, but still works. I believe the stamp at the bottom is 800 with most of it worn off. Please look closely at the photos. Stored in a non-smoking environment.
