The doll's head is fine without any cracks or chips, but the body has some sawdust leakage due to its age (Parts Repair AS IS). The doll is perfect for those who appreciate vintage items and is in great shape for its age. It comes without packaging and is a single unit. This doll is perfect for Christmas, birthdays, Easter, Mother's Day, or any occasion. The doll is not signed that I could see. Most all of my items are vintage, which means they have been pre-owned and many are quite old. My home is smoke-free, but I can't say where the items have been before I got them.
