Description: Antique Peter TERESZCZUK Austrian Bronze Brass ? Tray/Bowl Art Nouveau Sculpture. This item or sculpture was made c1900-1925. It is a bronze sculpture set on top of a onyz bowl. This onyz bowl is used for at the end of the day to empty your pockets of change and your keys. This is a good size bowl and very decorative. I was told on the bottom of the statue is stamped and signed but I do not take these items apart, leave well enough alone!!, it is a one of a kind with great quality and is NOT a knock off. Except for a couple chips on the rim it is in EXCELLENT CONDITION! MEASURES: 10" x 9" x 7 1/4". PLEASE WAIT FOR INVOICE!------------------------------------------The sculptor Peter Tereszczuk was born in 1875 in the Ukrainian city Wybudow. He created most of his works, which stylistically correspond to the Art Nouveau period, during 1895 and 1925 in Vienna where he also spent most of his life time. Tereszczuk mainly created bronze sculptures, sometimes with very delicate ivory elements and small figural art works like inkwells or other desktop items. He is a typical Art Nouveau and later Art Déco artist.
