Description: Landscape painter Pauline Meyer Colyar (1873-1928) was admitted to the Art Academy of Cincinnati at the age of 13. A resident of New Bedford, Massachusetts for 32 years, her landscapes captured scenes of New England. This watercolor landscape is signed and measures 9.25” by 6.25”. It is beautifully matted in a gorgeous antique, folk-art, wooden frame which measures 17 by 15 inches. The frame is in great condition with a lovely patina. There is a small area of missing wood on the back of the frame, but it is not visible from the front. The painting is in excellent condition. Please message me if you have any questions.
