Description: Mom had this. Tortoise fan is in good shape. Tightly held together. The feathers are frowzy and losing pieces, you may wan to replace. The thread that ties the splines, so they keep their beautiful fan shape are broken and need to be replaced. Nice project for the artsy set. 18 splines, including two endcaps. Loop on bottom. Endcaps are 9" from loop that ties them together. One endcap in picture 5 has something on it. Maybe glue residue from a decoration that came off. I don't know. Splines in center are 10 3/4" long. 17" spread x 11" long not including loop. Still a worthy piece of history. Any questions, ask. Check out the pictures as they are part of the description.
