Description: Offering an original antique Arcade Crystal No. 3 Wall Mounted Coffee Grinder. The large glass jar container at the top for the coffee beans is original and marked / embossed in the glass with Crystal No. 3 and has some nice bubbles in the glass. The catch cup underneath is missing but easily replaced with original or reproductions. The glass jar is in great condition without any chips or cracks, the lid does have a small cut in the top. The coffee grinder is cast iron marked with "Arcade Crystal" and has it's original patina, it has not been painted. The hand crank operates properly and the hopper mill seems functional / operational. The handle will be removed for shipping and will not require any tool to re-attach the thumb screw to hold the handle in place. All together, this has a great patina for a nice looking vintage coffee grinder. Great for any coffee enthusiast, barista, or collector, and a nice addition to any kitchen or home espresso coffee java bar for display, use, or antique kitchen / general store kitchen flair adding a unique touch to any decor. An original piece, classic design, not modified. The lid, jar, grinder has not been removed or disassembled. The Arcade Crystal 3 was manufactured in the United States turn of the century / early 1900's. Founded in 1885, Arcade Manufacturing Co. of Freeport, Illinois, making small cast iron toys and machinery for home use, especially coffee grinders, until the 1930's.
