Exterior shows some water stains to the front cover as well as a scuff to the plane of the front coverboard. Upper and lower ends of the spine show some rubbing or tatter with gold gilded and embossed text and design to the spine face well intact. Exterior is overall clean. Interior of the book shows foxing and minor soiling to the front and back endpapers. Interior of the book is overall very clean with pages remaining bright. After about page 700 pages have some light and marginal watermarks. Book's binding is tight and well intact and the book is complete with all pages present and none coming loose, detached or missing. Book has no odors. Book totals 985 pages, measures approximately 12 x 9 3/4 x 2 1/8 inches and weighs about 6 1/2 pounds.
