Description: Antique Lot 9 NORMAL INSTRUCTOR AND PRIMARY PLANS MAGAZINE GRADE SCHOOL TEACHERS Antique lot of 9 Normal Instructor And Primary Plans Magazine - The Classroom Magazine For Grade And Rural Teachers - these are hard to find, especially in a lot with more than 2 issues! Get it while you can! Each magazine Measures 10 1/2 X 14 inches in size (27 X 36cm) and is around 70+ pages in length. Advertisements on the inside front covers of the magazine. The only bit of color printing in the magazine was the front cover, inside front cover and the back cover. All the other pages are black and white. As with most magazines of the time it had a good portion of advertisements and there are many ideas for lessons, like history, mathematics, geography, music and more. Many of the magazines have a jointed paper doll pattern in them too! There are several pages that contain items like this one that can be cut out and used as a classroom poster. This was before the time of photocopiers and even mimeograph machines. Schoolteachers did not make a lot of money so the money they spent needed to go far. One of the advantages of subscribing to this publication was that it provided items that could be used to decorate the classroom. Paper is thin almost like a newspaper. Some chipping and rims on edges, mostly on the top few pages and back few pages. Some covers are unattached but all issues appear to be complete. Clean copies, do not appear to have any writing. Publication is an authentic original in good condition as shown in photos. See all pictures.
