Description: This is a hard to find metal lithograph toy Sandy dog made by the Marx Toy Company circa 1930s . Press his tail and it moves his back wheels. Has leather ears, could be vinyl. Has a collar that is marked Sandy around his neck. All four wheels work as well as the push tail mechanism. This toy has rust, chipped paint, and dirt. It has been played with and well loved.
