Description: Up for bid here are is an antique clear large size oil lamp with it's original #2 size burner and and globe in the 'peanut' pattern with oval and dots for detail ca. 1880-1900. Please excuse the camera reflection glares, white spots, as it is much nicer in person. Please see pics as they are part of the description. This oil lamp is in very good pre-owned condition, used with some manufacture made straw lines and air bubbles, and there is some chipping on the upper base that is on the edge (see pics #8 and #9), but there are no other chips, cracks, cloudiness, repair or fractures. It has a brass collar and a brass burner. This size of oil lamp is also referred to as a 'massive sewing lamp'. It measures 19 3/4" tall with the globe and burner, 9" without by 7 1/4" wide across the base.
