Description: Antique Handled Cake Plate European Woman & Cherub Teal I’m guessing this handled cake plate is European and from the 1800s. It features cherub whispering to a seated woman. It is white in the center, gradually changing to a deep teal at the edge. It has embossed elements touched with gold trim. 10-3/4” diameter, handle to handle. Condition: There is a fair amount of wear, especially around the edge, and a few brown specks. The image in the center has some light scratches through it, but the colors are still nice. The base is rough and discolored and has a small nick. There is an adhesive label remnant in the center. Please view all photos for a better sense of the condition.
