Description: Rare Find A stunning antique gold riviere that was made circa 1800-1820. It has been set with a continuous line of gold backed garnets. The clasp is hidden behind one of them so the look is seamless. When worn the garnets are a slightly different colour so they shimmer in the light in a wonderful way. It's hard to get an accurate color photo since the light doesn't shine through, because of the gold - some angles it looks lighter and some angles it looks darker - I took many photos to show different angles! I acid tested it and held up to 10k, jewelry shot it with the gun and said it came out to about 9.7ct so I'm listing it as 9ct although it is more!
