NOTED ARE: A SINGLE FEATHER IS BENT ON HEAD APPEARS TO BE GLUE ATTACHED,AND, THE CARVING HAS MINOR AND OR SURFACE PAINT WEAR. THE FIGURE IS ATTACHED TO THE BASE WITH TWO NAILS.
