Description: This antique ceramic tureen, manufactured by New Wharf Pottery in the late 1800s, is a beautiful addition to any collection. It has one compartment and is a small size, measuring 11.75 inches in length (handle to handle), 7.25 inches in width, and 6 inches in height. The tureen is handmade and comes with care instructions for hand washing only. This original piece is an authentic example of 19th-century dinnerware from the United Kingdom. There is the expected crazing but no chips or cracks. The underside of the lid has two manufacturers flaws in the glaze but are not through to exterior and therefore not cracks.
