Description: Antique Bronze Meiji Period Japanese Ikebana Usabata Two-Part Vase. This spectacular antique bronze Usabata has an engraved falcon with a golden beak lighting on a tree branch and overlooking the valley below. The opposite side shows a home along a hillside. The legs each have a falcon head joining the legs to the base. The top piece is engraved on the bottom. This evidently was a retirement gift to a very respected person. The Usabata stands 9” high and is 10.25” wide. It is in Excellent condition.
