In most cases I will counteroffer a price that works for me if the price is too low. The counteroffer I send will be a price that is 100% the lowest I can go on the item and will not accept any offers lower that that counteroffer price. I do combine shipping costs when buyers buy more than 1 item. Each extra item is $0.50 each after the first item at cost seen for shipping. Immediate payment is extremely appreciated when possible and makes for faster processing of order and faster ship out times, however buyers have up to 4 days to make payment.
