Description: Antique Black Marble Ansonia Mantel Clock for Repair. Approximately 16" long and 10" tall. The clock started is wound up tight and not running. The clock will need to be repaired. In antique used condition with all over scuffs, scratches, patina and wear. The case is all marble and very heavy. The clock weighs approximately 35lbs. There are several "flea bite" type chips around the edges and a couple of bigger chips on the one side and back. There's some white paint splatter all over the case. A nice clock for restoration. The open visible escapement dial has two birds or gryphons on it. Please see my photos for the condition and message me with any questions.
