Antique beer stein made in Germany - no lid or handle but great panels & saying

Description: This is a very old stein that has been in our family for over 90+ years (that I know of). It belonged to my German Grandfather. The neatest thing about this stein is the saying roughly translated “As the clock and women beckon to us, Only those who drink their beer will be happy”. (not sure Grandmother would have agreed with that.) Please view the photos. Writing is in German. Picture is in bas relief showing a man either coming or going in his boat and a woman on the dock. Number 994 is in the lower corner of the picture. Another number appears above and to the left of where the top of the handle would have been -021. Colors are dark blue and brown on tan. There is fine crazing throughout the piece which adds to its charm. The G” is missing on the bottom where it shows “ermany” stamped. Note the handle and the lid have been missing for a very long time. It stand 6” tall and is 3 5/8” at the widest on the bottom. Top opening measures 2 3/4 rim to rim. I keep it on a shelf and have enjoyed it for years. Please view the photos. Any other information on this piece would be welcomed.
