Description: ONE antique Bausch & Lomb Pocket Magnifying Glass with a leather pouch. This exact item sold recently on eBay for $125.00. This vintage piece is in great condition. The magnifier works by removing it from the case & then unfolding the handle which only holds in place by gravity, it does not snap or lock into place. The handle has a lovely necktie shape with the end of the wire flattened to make it easy to hold. This is by design. On the outside edge of the frame around the glass has "B&L OPT. CO." The magnifier measures approximately 1 5/8" closed, 3 3/8" open, & the case approximately 2 x 2 1/8 x 1/2". The glass shows no major damage, just small scratches that to me are not visible with use. I had to get it in harsh lighting to show them in the last photo which makes them look much worse than they actually are. The leather pouch is soft & flexible. The snap front cover has B&L on the front & the inside of the snap shows no corrosion. Please see photos for details. I have an excellent eBay rating. mc/drawer
