It is marked, Wilcox Silver Plate Co, which was one of the original companies that became part of the International Silver Company in 1898. The "half circle" mark was introduced in 1921 and registered in 1923. The factory was closed in 1941 because of metal shortage in WWII. The pitcher is in good condition with light use wear scratches.
