Description: Rare find from a Connecticut farm is this cast aluminum pheasant with its original brown, green and orange paint.Perhaps from a weathervane, it was being used as a garden fence topper when found.Measures about 12 inches wide with "bracket" on bottom being 9 1/4 inches. Great piece of New England folk art. We were surprised to find this guy in its original colors. We could not find another one in our research. Displays very well for the holidays.
