Description: For your consideration is an antique, hand turned, rimmed, wood, dough bowl with a stunning, early, hand painted oil, folk art, winter cottage scene. Absolutely beautiful and very detailed winter scene with man walking a dog, lady collecting wood, and a cottage/house nestled amoung the trees. The outside of the bowl has been painted a mustard yellow color, and the top inside rim is a shiny gold color. The bowl measures 12 -1/4" x 11 -3/8" x 3". Due to age there are some imperfection..... minor scratches in painting, several around the lady, and tiny nicks here and there which look like white dots. The outside of the bowl has a deep scratch and two holes in the bottom from a picture hanger or something like that. Please see all pictures as they are part of the item description.
