Description: A very nice rare celebratory medal handed out during the 1907 Illinois state fair for appreciation of service by general John MacArthur and all who served in the civil and Spanish American war. This is missing the pin attachment. There is and amazing image of an American eagle as well as a raised image of general John MacArthur. It does show som signs of age including a nice old patina .
