It is an authentic 1906 print by the USGS of the 1897 Edition of the Colorado Pueblo Quadrangle Notable Features: City of Pueblo; Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railroad; Union Pacific, Denver and Gulf Railroad; Denver and Rio Grande Railroad; The reverse side has a Description of the Topographic Map of the United States. Condition: Good overall condition. This map has been folded into eighths. It has some wear along the folds and edges. The center horizontal fold has turned into a six-inch tear on the left and a 2-inch tear on the right. There are some small edge tears / missing pieces along the edges. There is also some light staining, which is a bit heavier along the fold seams. Shipping: This map will be shipped folded / flat. It will be placed inside a plastic bag to ensure it isn't exposed to moisture damage during transit. Then, it will be placed in a specialty stay-flat semi-rigid mailer which will be stamped in multiple locations with the words "Handle with care DO NOT BEND Thank You" in red ink.
