Description: I have for sale an antique early 19th century Pennsylvania stoneware ovoid jug. The jug is unsigned and has some damage. As you can see in the photos the handle is broken and there are numerous hairline cracks. There is one spot where there is a large area of spidering and some spidering happening underneath. However, the jug feels structurally sound and still displays well. You can see an example of this in the (16th) photo above. There is a little red paint at the bottom as well. The jug has (5) blue paint splotch design around the jug. I have provided (5) dozen photos below to give you a thorough view. Size: 13 1/2" (Height) Weight: 11lbs (Approx.) Date: 1830's If you have any questions, and/or need more photos, please send me a message. Thank You
