Description: There is a split in the wood across the horse cutout. Fortunately, it's a crisp neat line - not jagged, not sloppy. Otherwise in very good, clean order. A lot of the wood, particularly of the base and frame, appear to be cedar. It is sealed with a polyurethane. I think the cowboy, bronco, and lettering are made of pine. Bottom has a protective felt pad. The background is a pressed board, turned so that the texture is displayed and the smooth side is the back. Please have a look at the photos. I did find a scratch across the pressed board, right at the horse's head[pictured]. Didn't notice this until photographing. Looks to have occurred during the making. There's no mark or signature. I am located in south Mississippi and I'm closer to(&more familiar with)south Louisiana than with the northern half of my own state. I frequently find Cajun/creole and New Orleans themed art and items. I make frequent trips into Louisiana. Much of the culture bleeds over into my border county, as well as my friends&family. Point being - I have no reason to believe this isn't an authentic Angola Rodeo souvenir. About 13 inches long. 10.25"H & 2.75"W
