Description: For sale is ANDRE PREVIN's "Music From the Subterraneans," on MGM SE3812ST, 1960. With Gerry Mulligan, Art Pepper, Carmen McRae, Art Farmer, Bill Perkins, Shelley Manne, others. SOUND: NMIt has been machine-cleaned and I listened to both sides completely. The sound is solid and beautifully clear. Brilliant playback! VINYL: VG+Numerous light scuffs or hairlines either side, but all routine and superficial. The great playback bears this out. Plays a notch better than it looks! The labels have deep grooves with spindle marks and some wear around the center-hole. JACKET: VG+ or betterThe jacket is solid all-around, good corners, clean bright front and back, with a few notations in pen on the back. The photos are of the exact record up for bids. Look before you bid, ask if you want any additional info or pics. Buy-it-now for $12. Every record I auction has been cleaned on a Nitty Gritty vacuum/cleaner. When play-tested, I endeavor to thoroughly report any extraneous audio "noise" or problems of any significance. Other than that, I will report on the general condition of each record, both vinyl and jacket, according to Goldmine standards, to the best of my ability. Every record is put into a new, clean sleeve insert. In the case of an interesting original sleeve insert, I'll include that in the sale.
