Cape is separate and traditionally fastened with pins and an apron. Dress can be worn without the cape. Very good condition. Bust 37” Waist 31” Length (Center of Shoulder to Hem) 54” Skirt length 38” 3/4 length sleeves. There is a faint stain on the back of the dress. See in photo.
