Fabric is heavy duty, has not been laundered, is not faded, and has not been used. It has been in storage for one of those intended projects I never got to, so it may have a storage odor. No mold, mildew, pilling or moth holes. There are 2 yards of fabric by 31"inch width (as folded on bolt, approx.62 " unfolded). Fabric does have an area where the fabric store sticker was but is very light. See photo with arrows. Heavy weight cotton blend.
