It was a great show that lasted 3 seasons then was abruptly cancelled by the powers that be. The show ran from 2002-2005. It was filled with great music and guest stars that played rock n roll legends that appeared on American Bandstand in the 60s. The story follows Meg as she becomes a regular on Bandstand and touches on all the important social issues of the time period including racism, Viet Nam, and feminism. The map is cut out of thin plywood with applied letters spelling out American Bandstand. It had a glitter bordered edge, mostly worn off. Painted a pale yellow with black letters measures 72" x 46" The backside is re enforced with a framework and has eye hooks with a cord to hang. No breaks or cracks in the wood but some wear to the bottom edges, especially on Texas & Florida. Also included is a sealed Box Set of 7 discs. American Dreams, The First Season, the Extended Music Edition.Two framed black n white photographs, Dick Clark with all the regulars, on the set of the original American Bandstand and another of Britney Snow dancing on set of American Dreams. Several printed out pages with info on the show.I bought this from a Los Angeles Prop House right after the show was cancelled. I didn't even know it was canceled when I went to the location!Local pick up only in Palm Springs CA
