It also includes 4 GPS intensive exercises (about an hour and 10 minutes each). The 2nd charge is shaping up to be about the same. I am not a phone power user so I don't get a lot of notifications; your battery time will probably vary, but this should give you an idea of the fact that the manufacturer claims are pretty valid regarding the battery. I also did not wear this while I slept. I have only owned it for about a month and a half. I am only selling because I want something that has medical sensors that are a bit more accurate. I know a watch doesn't replace good sensors, but these are not close based on other watches I've worn and due to some medical history, I like to keep a better eye on things. The watch is nearly perfect. Just this weekend, I used my arm to catch my rolling toolbox from tipping over and I got one small ding on the case of the watch. Fortunately, it missed the face. The face and the rest of the case are scratch and scrape free. The band is like new though I'm not a big fan of the velcro type closure. This comes with everything original, including the box
